When we use your personal information, we always use it in a reasonable and responsible way, minimising both the type of information we collect and hold about you, the period of time we retain it and the ways we use that information. This General Privacy Policy covers all our operations.

WHO WE ARE

This system has been built as an open platform for all MLA providers to use. The only company participating at the moment is Kepler Analytics. As more MLA companies participate, they will be added to this list.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND USE

Processing personal information is incidental to our operations. The categories of personal information we process on a regular basis are the communications you send us.

As a rule, we obtain personal information directly from you. In limited situations, we also use information we observe about you. This happens when you visit our website, if you accept cookies (unless you block this tracking).

WHY AND HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the information you send us to remove your MLA identifiers from all participating MLA companies. This means that your devices will effectively become undetectable through MLA. Your MLA identifiers are not used in any other way and will not be shared with any other organisation or company for any other purpose.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Your data is strictly accessible only by the Privacy Officers of respective participating MLA companies and only in secured encrypted form.

RETENTION

We only keep your data for as long as you want to be excluded from MLA detection. If you would like to be removed from the exclusion list, please email remove.me@optoutonline.org with the same MLA ID numbers an instructions to remove your from the exclusion list.
